Call Eric McShannon if you find yourself like me having to navigate the Medicare Insurance system for your elderly parent. I was so lost trying to add a prescription plan to my mom’s Medicare insurance. I received letters from her insurance company about LEP and the Social Security Administration saying her benefits were reduced because she had a give back plan before I changed it. Eric was so knowledgeable. He explained what was happening. He showed me the plans available in my area and went through them with me so I could decide if I had chosen the right plan for my mom. Eric knows what he is talking about. He will even travel to you for an in person meeting. If dealing with health insurance is overwhelming, confusing, and stressful to you, this is the person to call.

I really hate insurance. Why do they have to make it so complicated? Before meeting Eric, I had terrible experiences with setting up the right Medicare coverage. Everybody missed the fact I needed prescription drug coverage. And since I don’t take any prescription drugs, I didn’t know that. One phone call to Eric and I had just what I needed. Met Eric McShannon while looking for insurance before retirement. He sat down with me at his dinner table and went over my needs, medications, and doctors. I told him I had to find out the cost of Cobra before I made a decision. After finding out the cost of Cobra, I went back to see Eric. He said the cost of Cobra was less than his recommendation and told me to get on Cobra for a year. You won’t find many people that honest. I will be back talking to Eric when Cobra runs out in 18 months. I think all this insurance stuff is a scam but there is at least one honest and reputable person I know to go to. Thanks Eric!
